What goods are returnable and non-returnable?
- Returnable and exchangeable items are unmodified eyeglasses and sunglasses that do not have a prescription or blue light protection lens added.
- Contact lenses (whether medical or decorative), accessories, reading glasses and lens solutions (for health reasons) are non-refundable or non-exchangeable except in the event of a product defect or an order error by Optic.
• International shipments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
What are the conditions for return and exchange?
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your returnable and exchangeable purchases, we are pleased to refund the full value of your purchases (minus shipping and return fees, estimated according to the chosen shipping method, between 35-65 riyals) within 2 days of receiving your order, provided that the conditions apply. Please contact us via the following email: [email protected] within a maximum of 2 days of receiving your order.
- If you wish to exchange, we are happy to assist you in exchanging your order and choosing a suitable alternative, subject to the conditions, within 2 days of the date you received the order.
- For goods to be returned or exchanged, they must be in their original condition with all their accessories and original packaging.
- The replacement should be of the same value as the previous order or more.
- You can exchange one product for more than one and pay the difference if any.
- You can exchange or return purchases only once per order.
- The customer bears the shipping costs for returning or refunding the order.
- After receiving the products to be returned or exchanged and verifying that they meet the conditions, the amount will be refunded to the customer's wallet or using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
- Orders for products with vision measurement cannot be cancelled or modified after the order has been sent.

- Order cancellation fees start from 20 riyals and vary from order to order.
