At Optic, we partner with top shipping companies to deliver your orders to all regions of Saudi Arabia. For international shipping, the cost is calculated based on the destination country, and the available shipping options will be displayed on the shipping page according to your entered address.
To serve you properly, please make sure to write the shipping address and mobile number used for communication correctly and clearly when completing the order.
If you receive free shipping, the store has the right to choose the most suitable shipping company according to your address registered in the order.
Important: For international shipments, the shipping cost shown on the checkout page does not include customs duties. Customs fees may apply and vary according to the laws of the destination country. International shipments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
If your order is from ready-made products, it will be shipped immediately after the purchase is confirmed and will arrive within approximately 1-5 working days for within Riyadh and approximately 2-7 working days for outside Riyadh (excluding official holidays).
However, if your request is a special request such as prescription glasses, high-prescription contact lenses, or astigmatism correction lenses (corneal deviation), this period may increase by 3-10 working days depending on the type of product requested.
You will be notified when your order has been shipped with details of your shipment so that you can track it with the shipping company.
